Shipping: All orders are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging when appropriate. We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. International shipping may be available depending on destination country regulations.

Returns: Due to the nature of research chemicals, we can only accept returns for products that are unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Products that do not meet the purity specifications stated on the Certificate of Analysis will be replaced at no additional cost.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace damaged products at no charge.
